Is it safe to say that Boyz ‘N Da Hood’s run is over? One of Atlanta’s youngest in charge, Jody Breeze, begs to offer a different opinion with his newest single, On My Way. Over a smoothed out Sha Money XL beat, he tips his hat to all the ladies who simply prefer constant company. Adding a hint of R&B is newcomer crooner, Omega, who gets his “J. Holiday” on (or did the dude just change his name?) on this perfect end-of-summe club banger. On listeners’ radar screens since his standout appearances with his BNDH cohorts and his stellar mixtape, Best Kept Secret, Breeze is looking to take a bigger slice of that ATL spotlight with his long-overdue solo debut, Highly Anticipated, currently set for an early ‘09 release.
i like this. i feel dumb for not know who exactly was singing...[i think its omega but..] anyway he makes this song.. the verses, are good too, but i look the chorus more.
man jody breeze is that dude and one of the most slept on lyricst in the game period and even though this song is for the ladies it stil go hard and its a banger. I been waiting on jody's album and its finally almost here.
Hate to break the mold but this is just a last effort attempt to get a hit...d boy route doesnt work so lets go after the ladies...nothing special here....looks like its back to the block jody
Im with BDF, this beat knocks so hard wit them subs in the back, nice production, ill listen again, wish i could rate a 3.5, cause its really not a banger, just something you can listen to here and there.
I have never heard of this guy, but I must say he's really talented! This song is a banger, smooth and sexy production for a sexy voice. I would see it inside a movie soundtrack, for example one like Save The Last Dance while they're having a sexy dance
