St. Louis rapper Jibbs is ready to continue his way Towards the Top with a follow-up to his 2006 debut, Jibbs Feat. Jibbs. Borrowing the popular Geico slogan for his new single, Jibbs demonstrates how his shine attracts all the girls around him, making it look “so easy, a Kaveman can do it.” Brought on board is the current “Teen King,” Soulja Boy, who can’t seem to finish a verse without namedropping his S.O.D. Money Gang or bursting into a “Crank Dat Kaveman” dance. Although critics will point to the hook to demonstrate how low hip-hop has gone to garner radio play, right now Jibbs just wants to avoid the one-hit wonder curse that has plagued fellow STL MCs J-Kwon (Tipsy) and Huey (Pop, Lock & Drop It). Will he be able to do it?

I LIKE HIS FLOW ON THIS JOINT....BUT THEN THE HOOK IS POOR...& STUPID...N TO TOP IT OFF SOULJA BOI VERSE IS A MESS. BUT I REALLY LIKE THE BOOK I JUS FEEL IT WAS WASTED ON BAD MATERIAL FROM JIBBS & SHOODA GONE TO ANOTHER ARTIST. SO FOR THE BEAT N JIBBS FLOW THIS GETS A 2RATING

This is pretty bad to me. I think the beat is straight off a Casio keyboard and the chorus is terrible to me. Jibbs flow is bad on here. I hate to say it but Soulja Boy is the only highlight of this song. He should have just did the song himself...I bet it would have had a catchier hook.

Tankhead is right, Jibbs flow isn't bad but the hook is just too corny. it coulda worked but sounds awful.

I think the real reason Nelly hasn't sent us his new single, is because this is really Nelly! J/K. But seriously, listen to Jibbs on Chain Hang Low, and then on Kaveman, and he sounds completely different. Somebody matured. He is better than this, but I have a feeling it will catch on....

I'm going to straight up admit something. I think Soulja Boy ACTUALLY made this song better, yes I said it. Hook is too chamillionaire like. Jibbs fast flow is nice but it does nothing for the beat and the beat isn't even nice enough. Soulja Boy's flow adds a novelty factor which ACTUALLY works on this song. I usually hate Soulja Boy, but I'm gonna recognize when he spits well and makes a song. With someone other than jibbs I'd give this a 3.
