The reason Jazmine Sullivan‘s second single, Bust Your Windows, has been so successful (peaking at #45 on the Billboard Hot 100) is its audacious, head-turning subject matter. So many heads have turned, in fact, that several of the industry’s top artists have created their own takes on the track; Trey Songz recorded a cover in which he admits his wrongdoing and begs for forgiveness, while Skillz turned in a remix that had him seeking revenge. On the newly-released official remix, The-Dream takes control from the halfway point in the record and ends up getting the last laugh when he realized she only shattered the windows on her side of the vehicle. So, whose is the best male perspective? The debate starts in 3-2-1…

I think I'm pretty alone in the category of those who do not like the original. I feel both versions drag on and are too repetitive, so I don't have it in my rotation. The Dream makes the track more entertaining I will admit, and I was able to listen to it from begin to end. He brought a cool twist on it which made for a solid listen, but I'm still not jumpin on the bandwagon for this track. Pretty good.

This song was a hit without anyone besides Jazmine on top of Salaam's production. While The-Dream simply gives listeners one additional reason to take a listen, Skillz version was more impressive.
If you are looking for a good holiday gift... pick up FEARLESS for a friend.

I like this new version more than the original one. The other was a good song but repetitive after a while, this is different. I'm feeling The Dream here, I think he sounds good and he helped the song to improve. Jasmine's voice is just beautiful! In rotation!

What a cool song! It is so different! I enjoyed the original, the Skillz remix and this nice remix from The Dream. I generally like The Dream, his crying was a bit annoying but his verse made up for it and added something to this song! Jazmine is great! She has got a great voice! When I saw the original on the net a while ago, with a title 'Bust Your Windows' I expected a big break-up ballad or something! But this is nice and different! Banger

The intro was horrible. I wanted to turn the song off right away but I wanted to hear The Dream. They need to get rid of the Aahh, Aahh part. The Dream makes this song bearable.

I must say that busting out someone window can only go so far lol. Because if you think about it, what if that person don't have a car or a house? Then I really want to know what is going happen? "I F'ed up your shoes?" LOL!! but anyway all versions sound cool no matter how sick and tired of hearing, your bound to ride out on it and sing along instead of changing the song, station, etc.
