The self-proclaimed “Barack Obama of the hood,” Jay-Z, has officially become the billionth rapper to jump on Lil’ Wayne’s A Milli beat and spit a freestyle. Due to the amount of artists who have already tried their hand at the Bangladesh-produced street record, Hova openly notes that he was late to the party and changes up the title to A Billi. Spitting rapid-fire lines about his friendship with Bill Gates, the parallels between Sean Bell and Shawn Carter, and his newly formed Roc Nation label, the ‘East Coast Carter’ proves that he will always have something to say about that “best rapper alive” title that Wayne has casually thrown around the last few years. On that note, Wayne’s C3 album finally drops tomorrow on Cash Money/Universal Motown.

LOL....yeah, I heard this a few hours ago. Jay-Z came off pretty straight. It wasn't as hot as I thought it was about to be, but nevertheless, the Milli Freestyles have to be done now that Jay has laced it...lol. Just put the t-shirt over the mic and retire that! (Not before you check out my version @ http://www.myspace.com/youngsnmixtapes). Dang, just putting in shameless plugs. Shame on me. But yeah, I'll throw this in rotation.

This joint is pure heat right here...I can't understand why some of you feel otherwise. Hov always incorporates current events into his rhymes and unlike Weezy doesn't keep the repetitive mantra of "I'm the greatest" going over and over and over on a track. It was a great move to freestyle over this track and THE SITE IS PURE PIFF NOW. GREAT LOOK

How should I start...When 50 does a track over, r&b or rap..he always makes sure he murders it..If you gone take a lil Wayne track that Wayne already murdered originally, a not do better than the original, then how can you call yourself JAY-Z? Just a question.

Jay-Z is alright on this track but not at his best. It's gettin annoying with so much people doing freestyles like papoose, k dot,jadakiss, jay-z now. This was solid though I cant lie although i think the original with Wayne and cory gunz was the best. I would of added another star to this if the background dude would of said a billie, a billie, a billie instead of a millie. I give it a 3

please LeeLee08 this is trash. this aint even a song its just a stupid ass freestyle over some one elses beat. there are some songs i like by jay z but on most of them he has annoying line after annoying line i mean listen to show me what you got and at the end of that song he says we all die.
