As if Atlanta spitter Jarren Benton‘s Freebasing With Kevin Bacon cut Move Back couldn’t get any more live, the emcee has recruited both Atlanta beatsmith ADHD and Memphis rapstress Gangsta Boo for a raucous remix of the record. Benton’s Move Back (ADHD Remix) finds the record boasting production that’s best described as “trapstep,” a sort of emerging subgenre of dubstep. Basically, if dubstep had a cooler younger cousin from College Park, Georgia, trapstep would be it. Aside from ADHD’s trappy, dubstep-friendly production, the remix also boasts an added verse from Yelawolf collaborator Boo who in rapid-fire style drops a fitting verse on the uproarious cut. As of now Move Back (ADHD Remix) isn’t linked to any project from Benton, but the original version can be found on Freebasing With Kevin Bacon, which can be streamed for free on The DJBooth.
