Man, it seems like everyone’s into online dating these days. What used to be a realm populated solely by overweight nerds is now being used by anyone feeling a little lonely on any given day—even wildly successful celebrities like Jamie Foxx! On the official remix of Digital Girl, a cut off his now-Platinum-certified Intuition, Foxx teams up with DJBooth favorite Drake, in addition to original holdovers Kanye West and The-Dream, to sing the praises of cyber-romance once again. Drake is first up, waxing poetic about girls he’s met over the internet over The-Dream and Tricky Stewart‘s 303 bass line and space-age synth pads before ceding the mic to Jamie, whose monotone, reverb-drenched vocals add to the track’s hazy, robotic feel. I loved the original and Drake just made it better! Sounds like Kanye rerecorded his verse, and The-Dream added more to the end, still a change for the better.

The original has been in my rotation since the album dropped, so I was glad to see this remix drop to keep it refreshed for me. Drake was mad hot here without question, but I'm not getting into the buzz and forgetting about Kanye. To me he was still the true highlight of this track. Great guest spots for the talented Mr. Foxx.

Love the vibe of this song and Drake's opening verse was impressive. I'm not a big fan of Jamie's voice on here. Kanye is dope as usual..creative concept on the song..diggin it!

This is a very dope joint. I like it a lot better than original. Drake is the biggest artist in the game right now. Nobody can tell this man nothing.
Very clever verse on this joint. I could see that Wi-Fi line coming from a mile away tho...lol I feel like Jamie Foxx isn't even on this song. He gets outdone by all the features on here. It's all good though. He does his thing. |

Tricky & Dream are like the go-to producers, atleast 1 track per album. I mean for R&B you don't get much better. Drake is mad hot right now, he can't put a foot wrong, awesome additon to an already hot track.

This record is incredible. Drake, the biggest upcoming artist right now. Kanye, one of the best rappers of this decade. Then The-Dream & Jamie Foxx, two of the hottest R&B singers out right now. Incredible line up. Im excited to see all of them perform this together on the BET Awards 09. Yep, Jamie Foxx announced on 106 & Park that they were all going to perform the song together.

DRAKE DRAKE DRAKE FIREEEEEEE! Kanye rides the beat perfectly. the only complaint I have is Jamie Foxx who does have a good voice but his voice goes much better with the live jazz instrumentals than these kinds of beats. But since Drizzy and Kanye kill it. 5 stars.

Drake just continues to amaze me. The dude is SICK with it! Holla at the BOOTH! He is looking more and more like the future of the game. Very good work from him. Jamie Foxx is EXTREMELY versatile. He can sound many different ways (no doubt from his comic background). This is light work for Jamie. The Dream sounds good too. Kanye did his thing on the beat! They could have taken two people out of this track and it still would have been a BANGER! BANGER easily!

Unfortunately I've played this song to the bone, so this version will take some getting used to. It was originally my favorite song on the album. Drake is the man of the summer. Point blank period, thats not even up for discussion. In all honesty I like the old version better.
