R&B foursome Jagged Edge is back with the new single, Put A Lil Umph In It (Wind On Me), featuring long lost singer Ashanti. Produced by longtime collaborator, Jermaine Dupri, the ATL singers croon over a slow jam that was ripped straight out of 1996. The song, which will is apart of their new Island Urban Music release this August, Baby Makin Project, will help undoubtedly create an influx of children born next May.
This a nice track...JE neva disappoints me wit the slow jams...and JD neva disappoints me wit the beatz..I only got one problem though...and yall know I gotta say it...where the @*#$! did ashanti come from..i mean she aint bad in this song like i thought she was gonna be..but they coulda got somebody else to sing that 36 second part..yea im hating..girl got bad vocals
Good song for entertaining your lady friend...Game recognize game, and this is a song for that...As for Ashanti, I am a big fan.... She looks great and sounds good so stop hatin if you can’t do what they do.
