Following a breakup, a newly-single man will either move on with his life or do everything in his power to get his loved one back.  Even among those who take the latter route, however, most won’t go so far as to call up the United States Armed Forces.  Nonetheless, Savannah, Georgia’s Jackie Boyz are so desperate to rekindle the flames of a past relationship that they’ve made calls to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard, in hopes that their Ships and Planes can provide a defense against the most lethal weapon of mass destruction: a broken heart.  Produced by MdL, Ships and Planes is set to appear on the Boyz’ forthcoming mixtape, which should be coming out sometime in ‘09.

Concept is original. I dig what they are trina to accomplish here. The beat is alil generic, but still a easy listen. I like it. 3.5

the jackie boyz are tight, they just need to go to the next level. they need to be signed by someone big, like timbaland or akon. with a little help they can become the best. "I feel the same" is another good song from them.

The fact that the JB are throwing around solid album records on mixtape releases is very impressive. MdL is solid on the production and the fellas carry his beat very well.

the last song i heard by these guys i thought was very unimpressive but i was very surprised by this one, it has a original concept, but one that is so true, and the flow they have is amazing, everything about it just puts me in a good mood
