If there’s one thing Los and Stevie of the Jackie Boyz know, it’s how to write energetic club jams as sugary and as addictive as a truckload of Pixy Stix – as a matter of fact, they were the masterminds behind Flo Rida‘s dancefloor-packing smash, Sugar. With that said, now would be a good time to bust out those insulin shots. The duo’s current single, Love & Beyond, is a synth-driven four-on-the-floor scorcher even more irresistibly upbeat than previously featured, reader-acclaimed cut Clones. Backed by MDL‘s pulse-pounding boardwork, the fraternal twosome wax ecstatic about a budding romance that sent them soaring out of their former, mundane existence, into a glittering galaxy of new possibilities. Is it catchy? Absolutely. Danceable? Hell yes! Released back in September, the Jackie Boyz’ sophomore studio album (also titled Love & Beyond) is only available in Japan, but stateside listeners who’d like to accompany the duo on their cosmic journey can always go the import route.

This track is not bad, but a little too familiar for me. I feel like I've heard many tracks that sound like this, and this doesn't bring anything new to the table to make it any more interesting.

Yeah, this is similar to other tracks, but still this was a solid effort by this group. It's catchy and has dancefloor appeal like richard said. This is my intro to the Jackie Boyz and I was left impressed and waiting for more from them. 3.5 but that piano in the beginning rounds it up.

I've heard a lot of tracks by these dudes, but not really anything that can bust through here.

Yeah, it sounds like plenty of material out there - but there is a reason why its out there... because its popular. The generic sound isn't anything to be mad about since we are living in a cookie cutter music industry. Not my cup of tea, but I'd rotate for an audience.

The intro piano made this sound like a super corny 80's song, and the rest of the cut doesn't do enough to overcome such a slow start. Nothing bad, nothing great.

This song reminds me so much of Forever by Chris Brown, especially at the beginning! I like it though.

So I can't knock this, since I've been waiting for a Jackie Boyz track ever since "Clones" came on the Booth. It's definitely geared towards radio, but hey, these guys make it worthwhile through and through.

All I'm going to say is that I don't like cookie cutters - My cookies usually come out fine without them.

Thought this was gonna be a straight up hip hop joint for some reason seeing as I've never heard a Jackie Boyz track... Regardless I'm really feeling this 1!

Only purpose these tracks serves, is that they make me appreciate the consistency of artists like Pitbull and T-Pain more than ever.

I cant believe the low ratings this is getting...i mean i can understand your gripes with the formulaic feel of this record, but this is awesome!

Jackie Boyz always have the best melodies, and if you ask me they do this style of pop/dance/R&B better than anybody out there! much love to the jackie boyz keep putting out that fire, hopefully they can get some crossover love cuz they deserve to be all over the radio and on your video screens...
