Though hip hop is chock full of out-of-this world boasts, most rappers have their feet planted firmly on the ground and won’t hesitate to tell you that, in reality, their successes were thanks to a heaping helping of hard work. Spending one’s time on the grind can leave precious few hours for relaxation, so it’s understandable that artists occasionally feel the need for a vacation. On a new record off the forthcoming DJ Benzi: New-Deal Mixtape, Izza Kizza lets listeners know exactly where he’s going when he gets a little ‘me’ time: he’s heading Back to Miami. Over a suitably triumphant-sounding beat by Koolade, the Georgia-born emcee emphasizes the importance of the grind, and discusses the luxuries he’ll ultimately enjoy as a result of working hard and staying on point. It’s a long, hard road to the top, but if Izza keeps turning out tracks like this one, there’s a good chance he’ll make it to Miami sooner than later.

Izza Kizza rarely disappointed me. I was goin say this sound like a mixtape song and i see now, that it is. This really isnt my "favorite" type of music (as far as the beat), the flow is coo, the hook isnt. all together 2.5 stars

izza's tha truth...he NEVER gets his recognition! anyway koolade has provided yet another beat banger and though this is a calmer kizza (more laid back than we're used to) you can turn tha volume up and just ride to this. i'm tellin ya'll...stop sleepin'...izza's tha future!

i would have to agree about izza bein the future ..... beat is nice ..... like how the electric guitar fades in and out .... his flow is good ..... production is done well on this .... in rot but high rotation hell .....banga bc i know ppl are gonna hate for no reason ..... as shown in the past

If he were just on a different beat instead of this stupid one he would've sounded really good...that's my only problem- the beat...which makes me never want to listen to it again because even now i had to skip through it- annoying as hell is what it was.

The production came in pretty nicely. His flow is decent as well. It's okay, but it's not something I'd play again. It gets boring after all. I feel that the production shines harder than Izza on this one.

Super fresh. Love the concept, the lyrics, and that is a real feel good beat! that track makes me feel like drivin down 95 straight on down to miami. Kizza made a real hot record. I see this one catching on.

Lol, before I talk about the track, I have to say that pic of Izza...is priceless.
The track I think it alright actually. It has a good feel to it, and I think I'll definately put this in rotation. Good beat, good lyrics, overall good track. |
