Introduced to the Booth via last August’s reader-acclaimed Real Recognize Real, ICON makes his long-awaited return to our pages with a new promo single dedicated to the most important woman in his life. Released along with a video pieced together from fan-submitted family photos, Superwoman finds the Iranian-born, Los Angeles-based rhymesayer voicing his appreciation for his mother over a string-laced beat by The Hypnotiks. While this joint isn’t attached to any forthcoming project, fans should stay tuned for further freshness from the West Coast buzzmaker.
