Despite major distribution from Capitol Records, DTP artist I-20‘s debut album, Self Explanatory, failed to crack the 200,000 copies-sold mark.  Following a short disappearance, the Eastside Atlanta native is back on the scene and with him is a new distribution deal from Koch Records for his forthcoming sophomore album, Blood in the Water, due out October 14.  On the first single, the emcee channels the old-fashioned Southern pimpin’ style, explaining that while others might Really Like Her, he just spends one night and then puts them back in their place (his words, not ours).  With a freaky verse from his boss Ludacris, a sampled hook from Rocko‘s Umma Do Me, and an electric-guitar beat from producer Street Symphony, the chauvinistic male audience will undoubtedly Really Like Her—in which case, one night might not be enough.

Not really feeling this track. M Burney, you hit the nail on the head with this one..

Purely and Utterly 'Chauvinistic'.

Luda went necro on dis b.i.; I ain't chauvinistic but I'm feelin dis track. I-20's voice isn't perfectly suitable for the beat and his tempo could be a bit faster.

rocko sampled? wtf? anyways the hook is a disapointment for using rocko. i-20 is just ok. but ludacris just drops the hottests verse on the song as usual. dude is just so consistent. ludacris is the best in the south, its official, nobody is as consistently sicka s him. No ONE.

Song grows on you with repeated listens. Luda rips it. I-20 holds his own. Blood in the Water is looking really good as of now. Check out Down South and Flickin' Ashes on youtube. Lyrically, I-20 was on fire for those two.

Charm, I am with you. Rocko? Seriously? I would have preferred an I-20/Luda cut, minus the sample. This will have VERY hard time catching on anywhere. Who is looking forward to this album?

Luda killed the track. The teeth whitening line was sick. Wayne has had the punchline highscore for a minute but Luda just passed him with this one. LUDA!!! (the rest of the track was trash)
