There’s low maintenance, and then there’s low maintenance. Played by R&B foursome Cherish, the woman Hurricane Chris addresses on this potential Unleashed single is clearly a member of the latter category – perhaps thanks to the sexual prowess Chris boasted of in his last selection, she’s perfectly willing to be his Secret Lover, no strings attached. Backed by Scorp Dezel & Don Vito‘s springy synth-string instrumental, the New Orleans representative semi-apologetically explains his need to keep things on the down-low (“That’d be goin’ against the grain/ it ain’t nobody’s business that you’re kickin’ it with Hurricane.”) Complete with Cherish’ silky-smooth hook and backing vocals, this R&B-informed jam is certainly a catchy one, but is it official-single material? That’s for you to decide. Either way, Hurricane Chris fans can find plenty more new tunes on the Ratchet ambassador’s sophomore studio album, arriving in stores tomorrow (the 22nd) via Polo Grounds/J Records

Take it or leave it, but Hurricane Chris makes uber-catchy music. Girls will eat this up and dudes will act like they don't like it... when really they do.

This song has been on my radar, but i was still undecided. I know that in my opinion, Cherish SHINES on this track. They are the highlight and Hurricane is nice wit his lyrics too so, bangin' status

Pretty good track, but the biggest plus with this song is that it will convince me to check out his new album. This should be another radio catchy track, about the same success as Halle Berry had.

The hook outshines the verses on this track...which equates to heavy radioplay...LOL

I always liked Cherish, and this track is no exception. The production was OK, but got boring to me after a while. Chris just plain bored me. This song is definitely single material though.

This is catchy, I'm not gonna lie. Hurricane Chris actually exceeded my expectations for him and the hook and production went well together. Chris is gonna need to bring a few more quality tracks to really get my attention, though.

Too formulaic for my tastes. Both hook and beat are just mediocre, and not that catchy to make me listen Hurricane's annoying voice.

The other day Hurricane Chris was goin off about how he could tear apart any rapper presented to him. LOL. His verses were garbage. I agree with Capricorn

Cherish sounds perfect on that hook which make this song very catchy!!
A lot of people dislike Hurricane but I think he is a great mainstream artist and always comes up with catchy radio hits!!
Radio will eat this up and lick the plate afterwards!!

The songs okay. That's about it. Not really a fan of Hurricane so my vote is a little biased against him.

Its better then I was expecting, though its still nothing I would put in my rotation. Hurricane's another rapper with a annoying voice. The hook was reasonably good though which made the song into something listenable
