With less than a week remaining before the release of his debut album, 51/50 Ratchet, rapper Hurricane Chris has unloaded his new single, Playa’s Rock. Featuring singer (and label mate) Boxie, who got his start alongside Irv Gotti and Ja Rule during the days of Murder Inc., the song describes Chris’ life as a game-spitter and Mack daddy. With the success of Ay Bay Bay it isn’t hard to believe that women throw themselves at Chris every chance they get. However, radio-ready production courtesy of Mr. Collipark is what elevates this R&B-infused jam to a higher level. Whether the music game or the dating game, the Hurricane has certainly been ‘running game a lot.’
