In his latest attempt to get off the Island Urban Music backburner (despite being the first artist signed to the label), Hot Dollar has teamed up with fellow SoCal native DJ Ill Will to put together Volume 2 of his Crackhead Mixtape series. Those who have been following Hot Dollar should recognize his laid-back style, which is put on display once again with the brand new, Switch Ya Swag Up. Producer GMB provides a beat that any DJ could use to kick off their set, complete with tape player rewinds and screwed hook vocals. For those who are ready to knock Hot Dollar’s “lack of originality,” Switch Ya Swag Up is strictly a mixtape track and will most likely not be included on his debut album, My Dreams…A Day in the Life, which currently has no set release date.
The Crackhead Mixtape? Does that mean only crackheads spit on the CD? This is boring. The same cliche sounding hook and subject matter. Hot Dollar has no lyrical skill or sincerity. Hope he gets his "hot dollar" and go's and sits down. I don't see longevity in his career.

I liked some of hot dollars other songs, but this is not cool right here. He touches on most of the words I'm sick of in rap music. production is undeniably banging, so with that said, would someone like cassady please snatch this beat and do it justice? GMB, get at me! I can't say I love this new song... but the production is set-worthy and the effort shows the world that Dollar will stop at nothing to eventually 'get on.'
I aint funna lie, GMB's beat is hot but Hot Dollar was just average and the bird "awww" sounds is unnecessary. Every song from Dollar got that gay noise.

Money money money money money! What a sad world, really! Of this song I really like the production,it's generic but catchy. The rest is garbage. I rate it 2 for the beat! Pity because I was crazy for Upside Down, I still listen to it
