Despite the ringside-announcer style introductions, this newly-released remix off Harlems Cash‘s forthcoming mixtape is less of a knock-down, drag-out battle for lyrical supremacy than a united effort to demonstrate that Unstoppable rhymes know no boundaries.  That said, the cut offers plenty of opportunity for Booth readers to battle it out over which emcee does the best job of repping his region—is it Inglewood’s Shawn Chrystopher in the West Coast corner?  Detroit’s own Phil Nash, giving his all for the Midwest?  ATL’s Donnis, representing “the dirty, dirty South?”  Or is it Harlems Cash himself, who, of course, goes all-out in support of the East Coast?  Wherever your sympathies lie, you’ll likely be able to appreciate The Govermnent‘s well-executed instrumental, which shifts gears to accent each emcee’s unique flow.  Cash plans to drop his On My Way to HARLEMwood 1.5 [Government Approved] mixtape “very soon;” keep it locked to the Booth this April for his contribution to our exclusive freestyle series.

.... and I thought the original was dope!

Sidenote: I wonder how much Michael Buffer would have charged?

That was fun! Everybody stayed true to their respective regions and came with real lyricism. That's how hip hop used to do it back in the day! I look forward to more music from all these dudes.

The production on here is fire! a great canvas for a lyrical/regional rap battle like this one. All three emcees did they thing on here, but my fav was Phil Nash cuz of his nice quicker paced flow.

The production is banging and ready for the radio. The rappin is tight for the most part. This is definitely better than some of the stuff we here on the radio.
