It’s no surprise that a dope hip-hop video can consist of a number of different elements. It can feature a fleet of yachts in a tropical locale or in Los Angeles rapper Hardaway Smith‘s case it might merely feature champagne, balloons, and the oh-so-necessary pillow fight. After a nearly year-long hiatus from The DJBooth the West Coast rhymesayer has returned to our pages with the visuals for his Corey G-produced single Playa Ways. The party atmosphere in the music video, which was directed by SevenEight, proves to be quite an interesting contrast when paired with the song’s super mellow tone. Playa Ways can be found on Hardaway Smith’s newly released The Poolhouse mixtape.
