Glasses Malone - 60 Million Dollar Flow
Artist: Glasses Malone
Producer: Tweek Beatz
Album: Beach Cruiser
Label: Suburban Noize/Cash Money
Can you put a price on talent? I’d be inclined to say “No,” but Glasses Malone seems to disagree. A canny businessman as well as an artist, the emcee gives prospective buyers a taste of his 60 Million Dollar Flow on his latest Booth feature. Though I certainly don’t have that kind of money, it’s hard to argue with the Watts native’s confident, aggressive delivery as he flaunts his cash, his swagger, and his female appeal. As far as lyrical content, though, this is nothing we haven’t heard before, and, with lines like “I’m mad hot like water in a pot,” Malone won’t be winning any “Simile of the Year” awards (if there were such a thing). Listeners who can look past that will find a lot to enjoy here, from the emcee’s flow to Tweek Beatz‘s midtempo, street-certified production. For more of Glasses’ expensive musical stylings, pick up a copy of his debut LP, Beach Cruiser, which hits record shops and online retailers June 9th.

Decent beat, rather sloppy lyrics. I've heard better from Glasses.

This song isn't garbage. It is just average. Every aspect of the song is average. Nothing new and not catchy enough to get my attention.

I'm feelin the WC vibe on dis one! His flow works perfectly wit the West Coast rider production to create that nice feel on the track. His lyrics were nothin original, but they were interesting enough. Wit a solid hook this would have been a Banger, Malone's flow alone isn't enough to keep a track interesting for 3 minutes. The production will keep yo head noddin tho.

The beat is really bad and his lyrics dont make it any better. He says the same thing over and over again and his lyrics are really predictable. I've heard better than this and Im not feeling the hook. Not to bag on him but this is pretty bad

Damn are you guys being honest with those ratings? This was sick! The production was structured to showcase his flow, and it was well deserving. The lyrics were a bit off, but the flow got you hooked and feeling the song itself.

first of all: glasses malon to me sounds too much like gorilla zoe... and that's not good...
BUT, to be objective, this beat is so damn bouncy that i'm still noddin even if the song is gone. his lyrics? tupac is dead and gone from a very long time, like my hopes for some deep thoughts laid on good beats like this... so i'm judging for what it is. |

i aint never feel wat glasses talked about, but his beats were always on point, thats why he gets ears, cuz the beat and production are dope, otherwise lyrics are plain and boring, but at least he can flow with the beat and keep a constant sound

I like it...but 60 Million Dollar Flow? Nah this needs a remix in a bad way or another artist on the track or something. Love the beat, had my head bobbin but Charles alone is not it. It needs something else to mix it up a sonically for me.

I'm kinda feeling this, I don't understand ur low ratings...the production is really catchy and energetic, and his flow is good altough I don't like his voice! Not the best song I've heard but still decent...I'd put it in rotation

Not really sure why this has receive such low ratings, but this is really solid. The beat oozes Dre boardwork (nice job, Tweek Beatz) and Glasses rides it perfectly.
Nice - solid - album joint. |

I agree with DJ Z and Patty. Why has this gotten such low ratings? It's really not that bad of a joint. I'd definitely listen to it again. Hopefully this gets higher ratings from now on.

Pretty good flow....DEFINITELY not a 60 Million Dollar Flow....not in this recession....maybe 60K would be more appropriate.
