When infamous rap group The Diplomats are mentioned in conversation, chances are good that Cam’ron, Jim Jones, and/or Juelz Santana will be the first artists to come to mind—the fourth original member, Freeky Zeeky, is less well-known. After being released from prison in ‘06, Zekey dropped his debut album, Book of Ezekiel, later followed by the recently-released collaborative album, ByrdGang - M.O.B. Despite currently being signed to Big Cat Records (best known as Gucci Mane‘s original label), Zeeky still believes Loyalty Is Everything; in fact, that’s what his sophomore album will be titled. At a club party, Zeeky and Jones (along with Lil’ Wayne) spot a pure street gangsta lady. Their wandering eyes ask the simple question: “who the hell is This Girl?” Production is courtesy of 730 Dips, there is no release date yet for the project.
I dig the production a lot on this here. This sounds like something for a mixtape though. Maybe its because Freeky Zeeky has never really been on my radar. The hook is pretty addictive. It's a decent joint. His voice on the hook annoys me a bit though. Jim Jones was virtually wack. This is prime example of a low-grade track where Wayne gives a B.S track. LOL. This verse wasn't too bad though, but he was back on the voicebox. He actually was the highlight of this track (like usual). I'll throw it in rotation because of Weezy's feature.
Not sure what to rate this one. The chorus here is weak, its peoples voices like this that make the voicebox so popular LOL. Freaky Zeeky has a really weak verse too, but Jim and Wayne bring up the track a bit. Still, not my cup of tea. Production is pretty ill though as a side note, but a boring and annoying song overall.
production is hot. this is on my mp3 player, but it never gets much play because i rather listen to everything else but this. the chorus is pretty weak. i dont like jim jones's part either. but this wuld go in rotation.
Chorus sounds hella bad but that is the only thing I can pick at about this song. Chorus sounds so off beat but production, lyrics and beat is good. Freaky Zeeky aint that good but Wayne is solid. I give this rotation
ion care who hate wayne verse was coo.. not fye but it was a decent verse.. the song is coo.. it'll grow on me.. the beat kind of remind of beat with out bass?
Dj Booth you are delivering many bangers today...thanx! Production of this song is really good, again...the beat is perfect to get radio played, for clubs, car and mp3 player...it's very versatile! I didn't like the chorus, though. Verses are good but the hook sounds out of tune. Lil Wayne sounds good (I'm really getting used to him, I can't understand why this is happening lol)! I rate it 3,5 coz the hook has to be re-done
this is a bit whacky...production is decent but zeeky's verse sucked, jones sucked, even wayne didnt do it for me...and what the @*#$! is wayne doing at the end of the song moaning and @*#$!
I told you so PATTY!!! lol :p Now please, the chorus is awful (that voice, that not quite singing, not raping thing, that "melody"... and it doesn't even fit the production) enough to keep me from having this in rotation guys... everything else is good, especially the production. So I'll be generous and throw 3*, hoping for a new version with a new hook.
Oh, the hook also sounds absolutely out of tune... and that uuuuh, at the end?!? and the "world" part... come on! :s It's a damn shame they messed up so bad the chorus.
Weezy should've done the hook, definitely not a fan of freeky zeeky; he sounds awful and his verse was so terrible I almost didn't keep listenin'. Then I heard Jim Jones and I thought well it can only get better with Featuring lil wayne and I loved his verse; I mean it could've been more rapping and less singing but eh' if you're outshining the main artist with a throwaway verse then I'd say you did your job. Production was kwl but it should've been louder during Freeky and Jim's parts so I didn't hav to listen to their awful utterings.
i was grabbed at the beginning by the beat, but the rap verses are a bit weak.kinda gets annoying after sometime though. What happened to "featuring lil wayne"? is it me or he is burned out? his first stuff was sick ie (im me, cannon, army gunz etc). Now his stuff is just generic it seems like he lost his spark!
actually this is fire didn't think it would be. good effort from freeky, for his first his first real single he got a nice beat with good guest features, weezy kills it
Well..(sigh).the beat is right on point, but if I was orchestrating this track, I would have threw wayne on this course, jimmie verse would have been first..u do that than this would be something hard.
hmmmm...i actual-e dont know bout thiz one...kinda soundz lazy. im also not a fan of jim jones @ all. i like tha beat a lot but yeah, kinda soundz like it took one day to make...and im usual-e not one to hate on a song with a good beat. itz a 2.5 but im gonna rate doooown thiz time. ooooooo wait, im lis-n-n to wanyne now. WHOA hez do-n great! o+m+gosh hez kill-n it. i luv him on tha voicebox thing. k imma actual-e now rate a 3...1 for tha beat, 1 for freeky, and 1 for WEEZY F BABY!....even though he real-e cant sing/rap in real life gud lol....but i still luv him. HA, ya digg?!???
Got them 5 dolla purple tops niccka! lmao zeeky is makin his push I see. This song in cool so far. He doesn't seem comfortable on this track as far as flow. Taste like Donalds french fries? smh. Man damn. I gotta admit so far this is trash. What is Weezy gonna do. Save this....???? Yea his singing did help, so I'd just play his verse and loose the Dip dudes!
damn somethin I can def get down to. Love the uptempo beat. Once again Weezy bring that flavor that no one else can bring voicebox or not ya boi lyrically alwyas deliverin
If she taste like french fries they are a dollar on the dollar menu so stupid. I hope Wayne rip it cause so far this is crap the chorus is terrible. lyrically wise but I like his voice Wayne brought it during the end of his verse but Waynes verse would be better in another song.
Someone let me know when this instrumental comes out. This beat is straight fire ruined by that terrible chorus. If they would have done something like Wayne on "My Life" this may be a top song by next week. Still not a bad song, but the beat is one of the best I've heard since No Matter What.
NOOOOOOOO....
someone please tell me he DID NOT say she taste
as good as some mcdonalds french fries????
PLEASE, NO, NO, NO... tell me he didnt say it.
=(
man, i cant take this. (shaking head in shame)
btw, lil wayne... baby, dont forget our wedding date.
=D
