If you listen to the radio, then you know how big Flo Rida‘s hits Low, Elevator, and In the Ayer were at their respective peaks. Picking up where he left off, Flo prepares to return to his club-rap R.O.O.T.S. with the April 7 release of his sophomore album. A newly-released record off the LP has Flo once again spitting game to a woman, offering to make her his “action” (or Shone for short). While some may recognize the song from a past demo, the official version has Pleasure P singing the hook and third verse (both of which were written by Rico Love), as Best of the Booth staff pick Jim Jonsin provides a club-ready beat. What else can I say? Atlantic sure knows how to promote its artists. The week before R.O.O.T.S. hits stores and online retailers, Pleasure P’s Introduction of Marcus Cooper will be released.

Flo Rida aint going away any time soon (as much as some of you hate the idea of him). This is a sick song in every way, nice production from Jonsin, nice hook from Pleasure P & a good performance from Flo Rida.
Only negative of Flo Rida is that his flow is exactly the same on every song, change it up a little! |

This definitely had me going! ... I'm feeling this! I don't think this would measure up to something extremely hot... but its good! This is something you'd probably forget in a month or two after it gets on the radio! Production is good... and I like the chorus! 3.5

Flo Rida is the best "entertainer rapper" (meaning he has no lyricism duties and owes at least 50% of a song’s hotness to the beat) on the game. Making club music is no excuse for mediocrity as you can see (cough Soulja cough boy) |

wow! Something different from Flo-Rida! The beat is catchy but i don't know about the chorus though, I mean to me the chorus was straight 2 me but still it's a banga. 4 Starz from me gee cause I'm a tree lols.

Flo is 2 for 2 on this new project. He is killin' club/radio oriented music. THIS is why he did it real big last year. And please, spare me the "anyone could have had a hit with "Low" speech." But they didn't. That is a slippery-slope argument down the wrong path.

Love or hate him, Flo-Rida has the club bangers and radio friendly tracks mastered. I remember Nathan.S making a comment on a Plies album review about Flo-Rida being a commet, a once-off hit artist who doesn't stick around for long... Sorry Nathan, your reviews are exceptional, but you got it totally WRONG with that! He is shining pretty brightly right now! This is once again mad hot, I've been bumping 'Right Round' alot lately. No different here. Daym, I haven't heard a beat of Jim Jonsin that isn't hot!?
