Despite mostly positive reviews, Fat Joe‘s eighth studio album, The Elephant in the Room, has yet to sell 100k copies, after having been out for nearly two months. After achieving chart success with the help of a big guest feature (J. Holiday) on his previous single, I Won’t Tell, Joey Crack has decided to bring a few more industry heavyweights aboard for his new single, You Ain’t Sayin’ Nothin’. With assistance from rapper Plies, who boasts of his $25,000 minimum concert fee, as well as tight production from duo Cool & Dre, Mr. Crills Mania has a potential whip banger on his hands. You Ain’t Sayin’ Nothin’ is the second official single off of The Elephant in the Room, which is available now in stores and through online retailers.
Im getting sick of Fat Joes same formula where he has 1 hit song as a lead single on all of his albums and then the rest of it is garbage. This is no exception, step it up joey
I can nod to this. Nothin special but it's ok! good production. I'm not really listenin to the lyrics! They ain't sayin nothin as far as I'm concerned!
i never really thought about it, but cb126405, your right..
fat joe only comes out with one good song per album..
but i think this song is decent. 3 stars

Chorus is nice and so is the production lets faCE it Cool & Dre is one of our top producers but Joey flow aint that hot and Plies cant really rap to me he just a one hit wonder who got a break and keep talkin bout his goonz his money and his bust it babies and this just sounds like anotha way Joey hops on the band wagon and has a SONG wit who every hot at the time Like how he had J Holiday Lil Wayne Bird Gang and Plies right now
Man, Fat Joe can't win. Tough crowd. Joey's people are hopeful that this single helps the record. All indications thus far are ???? However, 14 NEW stations picked this song up last week for rotation. So maybe he has 2 hit singles on this album after all.... (I said MAYBE).
I used to hate fat joe but I must admit his skills on the mic has improved tremendously over the last few years. The beat is okay and the lyrics are so-so from joe and plies. I think a remix is in order to make this track good. Take weak ass plies off, insert jeezy, wayne, and ludacris. Now you workin wit something!!!!
PLIES ALL WAYS COME WIT FIRE. DRE ITS ALWAYS HEAT. FAT USE TO BE HOT ONTIL HE SWITCH SOUTH POLL . AND NOW . HE LIKE JA RULE . 50 KILLED HIM AND HE STILL TRYING. THE SOUTH IS HOT BUT HE IS NOT . THIS IS A PLIES AND DRE JOINT NOT FAT JOE HE JUST ON IT . YOUNG BUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THIS TRACK . G-UNIT. THIS JOINT WOULD BE STRAIGHT FIRE . THIEAN I WOULD GIVE IT A
I always loved Cool&Dre, their productions are always on point, I love Plies' sloppy flow, Dre knows what hes doin..
But Joe?? I'm not feelin him too much on this one..
