Fat Joe recently welcomed us all to The Crack House, but unfortunately nobody was interested in coming. Back to the drawing board, Joe and his Terror Squad representatives agreed that a change to his style was necessary. On the first official single off the upcoming March release, The Elephant In the Room, Joey Crack enlists R&B crooner J. Holiday (and all the women who have lain in his Bed) for I Won’t Tell. Joe’s flow is laid back, similar to his previous guest feature work with Jennifer Lopez, and J. Holiday doesn’t try to outshine the Bronx native. As curious as I am if Joe is referring to himself as ‘The Elephant,’ I Won’t Tell is a certified chart lock.
In reality, J. Holiday will be the one winning all the ladies instead of Joe. There is an interested chemistry between the two of them on this record and for me it isn't working to its potential. Fat Joe, stop being a suck up and rain on these hoes.
theres something special when joe collaborates with an rb artist, the man knows how to get back on the hit list and this track does it for me. Great beat, the lyrics make sense and j holiday sounds fantastic, his voice has come out sounding really clear on this one, I hope theres more collabs to look forward to on Fat Joe's new record, get Lil Wayne back in the studio and 'Make It Rain' Big fella!
Honestly, I am not a big fan of Fat Joe; but he does his thing sometimes. He still doesn't sell worth a damn (lean back album didn't even go close to platinum...don't even think it went gold). But I like this track somewhat...definitely in rotation.
for real, what bull4life123 said, J. Holiday shoulda made this into his own song cos the hook on this is complete fire, fat joe just gets on my nerves anyways.
its ok....probably gotta wait til i hear it more but rite now im only lokin it cuz of my baby j holiday. n dj z, i think he is talkin bout himself when referring to da elephant...his fat ass. lol sbhs, u would b surprised bout females likin him. my homegirl think he is too sexy. but den she again she likes fat dudes n thinks rick ross is sexy too(eww)..
