Fabolous - Look At Her (Killin’ Em Pt. 2)
Artist: Fabolous
Featuring: Ne-Yo , Ryan Leslie
Producer: Ryan Leslie
Album: The Soul Tape
Label: Def Jam/IDJMG
Collaborations are great aren’t they? Think about it, would Taco Bell’s Meal Deals be as epic without the Doritos? I think not. Hence the reason I love hearing various artists come together. From All City Chess Club to the Money Making Jam Boys, having various artists in one room together (or at least on a song together) can take all parties involved to another level. Today, we feature the first leak from the latest collaborative group in Fabolous, Ne-Yo, and Ryan Leslie titled Look At Her (Killin’ Em Pt. 2), an ode to the extremely fly girls who are pulling Buzz Lightyears and living above and beyond the rest of the competition. How could you not enjoy a song with Fab providing the rapping, Ne-Yo providing the singing, and Ryan Leslie providing his trademark style of casual singing and some radio-friendly production that keeps its gutter appeal? With thumping drums, it’ll have any girl tapping her feet away in her cubicle at work while planning the weekend’s events, and eagerly awaiting the release of the trio’s upcoming free project, The Soul Tape, on April 21.

As a fan of Fabolous' for a hell of a long time, he is a genius at what he does, gives us a minimum amount of tunes but knows when to release them just to remind everyone he is still there
Anyways Fabolous knows how to make a tune, and this is one of them |

This is EXACTLY what you'd expect from these three on a record.

R-Les for Pres--
Nice Look Ne-Yo-- Livin Good Loso-- I like how they turned a rap/club song into a r&b/club song. Loso needs to get a move on it and release the Mixtape already.... and an album. |

Maybe its because i really liked the first version, but this doesn't do it for me. I feel like its lacking the energy that is in the original. That being said, I like the R&B style Ne-Yo brings to the track.

I'm more partial to Ne-Yo's part in this, I think he did the track a great justice. On that note I dig Fab but the original beat just overrides any other attempt. Ryan Leslie did his thing on the beat though.
