After recently having her album pushed back to September 11th, Eve and her fans must be up in arms (whatever that expression means). Calm down though, there is a perfectly good reason: a brand new single. Produced once again by Swizz Beatz (see Tambourine), Eve offers up the Caribbean-tinged, Give It Yo You, featuring the once lost but now found, Sean Paul. The island flavored single should officially put a halt in the continuous delays of Eve’s new studio album, Here I Am. This ideal end of summer/radio friendly joint is a change of pace for the Philly native, as her career has come a long way since she laid down verses as a Ruff Ryder.
