For fans who are upset that Eve has switched to a pop-rap style, the club banger Dance Floor will reassure fans that she hasn’t departed too far from her earlier style. Although label boss Swizz Beatz doesn’t make any contributions here, his wife Mashonda sings the exotic-sounding hook, and production protégé Neo Da Matrix offers up an enjoyable electric-guitar laced track; you now may remember Eve from her Ruff Ryders days. This should be an all-around hit for older and newer fanks alike. Here I Am is set for release on October 16th.
