Not featured on the solo tip since December 2009’s acclaimed Drop It Low (Remix), singer/songwriter Ester Dean returns to our pages with a freshly-leaked potential single. Contrary to what the title may suggest, Gimme Money finds the Interscope/Zone 4 choosing love over currency, rebuffing a fella’s offers of financial support over Stargate‘s pop-appealing beat. Dean’s Super Bass collaborator, Nicki Minaj, assists on the guest tip. According to the artist’s Twitter, she’s considering Gimme Money as her Interscope debut single if fan response is positive. This is OK. If it came on the radio, I wouldn't flip the station, but it's missing that hit-factor. Nicki Minaj was ok, but not enough to take it to the next level.

Pretty Solid for Ester. Last time i heard from her was Drop it low and that was a long time ago.
