While we continue to wait on ELmatic to drop (which is supposed to happen later this year), former Slum Village member eLZhi has let go Verbal Intercourse pt.2. The 14KT-produced record takes listeners on an in depth journey about why the music industry isn’t really what it seems like on the outside looking in.

El is poignant as always, but I've heard better from 14KT. Still, it's a dope track.

I dig the content and I'm a sucker for those beats that drift. Everything doesn't have to have an 808 to garner attention. Nice work lyrically.

its not about the high hats and the crashes. its about the overall feel of the music. Producers need to take a lesson from this cat. He was channeling some dilla on this joint. oh yea, and Elzhi ripped it. good work.
