The tenth entry in our DJBooth.net Freestyle Series comes courtesy of Dujeous, the NYC hip-hop group who brought the Booth cuts like Into Night and the highly-rated Uptown. The brand new Shuttle Bus features a guest appearance by Bronx-bred rapper Jigsaw and an original beat by Taylormade Sounds. In addition to the March 7th premiere of the music video for single Break Bread (available now, along with B-side Research, on iTunes), Dujeous are currently preparing for the spring release of their sophomore studio album, Day In Day Out. Group members Mojo The Cinematic and Taylormade have solo LPs in the works, the former titled Blacademic and the latter currently untitled.

At first I didnt know what to make of this beat but after a while..Damn it sounds hella nice! The lyrics are hot and Jigsaw I like his flow. Dujeous bringing some hot songs recently and this aint no exception!

This is on some next level futuristic hip-hop. There seriously needs to be more hip-hop groups like Dujeous. Nice chemistry.

Dujeous is one of the best artists introduced to the Djbooth community so it’s only reasonable they’d drop one the best fresstyles yet! It sounds like an album cut! Production is flames! The (small) guitar features were so musically clever!
Let’s hope rappers don’t run out of words to rhyme with “djbooth.net”! ;) |
