It’s unfortunate but true: there’s often no foolproof way to tell that a female isn’t right in the head till she’s already driven you up the wall (not that us fellas are any saner, mind). And it goes without saying that an emcee hailing from Hollyweerd, “a land where weirdos and rejects reign supreme,” would be dealing with a higher-than-average number of Crazy Girlz. Dreamer‘s first Booth feature finds the Southern up-and-comer (one-third of the group named above) recounting a few of his experiences with mentally unbalanced women. Over Operation ADD‘s suitably off-kilter boardwork, driven by keyboard arpeggios and a surf-esque percussion rhythm, the emcee curses his bad luck and warns men, “These girls will drive you out your god-damn mind..” Topped off with a characteristically impressive, rapid-fire contribution from Trunk Muzik rapper Yelawolf, this record may not succeed in teaching guys to be wary of women who might have a screw loose (we can be pretty dumb sometimes), but it should get listeners of all genders buzzing about Dreamer’s Live in Stereo 2.0 LP, which has yet to receive a solid release date.

Atlanta leads the rest of the hip hop country in innovate and fresh new music. I am usually not a fan of these alter-ego, side projects, but Dreamer is just crazy enough to like with or without a background story.

Plus.... YelaWolf continues to annihilate every guest feature opportunity that is offered to him.

This is very Andre 3000esque' to me!!
IDK why but it sounds like Andre would come up with and that aint a bad thing!!
YelaWolf (my new favorite rapper) absolutely kills it!! He's beginning to be like Luda when it comes to guest features!!
I'm getting the feeling that alot of rappers are gonna try to get Yela on their tracks before he blows up and gets too expensive to feature!!
Different track but good....

Ok, this track is super jekyll and hyde to me. The first time I heard it I hated it, thought it was trying way too hard, the second time I thought it was dopely creative, and now I'm back to annoyed. I guess that means I have to give serious points to Dreamer for pushing boundaries. So while the execution may be a little off, props for the idea.

I see they were tryna be innovative with it, but it ultimately comes off a little awkward from a musical standpoint. And that hook is off-putting. Not even giving it a second listen.

As LeWy pointed out this has Andre 3000 type creativity written all over it. Only problem is that Dreamer is no where close to being on the same playing field as Mr. 3000 as far as artistic talent goes. Yet another strong guest performance by YelaWolf. Worth a couple spins for sure.
