Talk about planning ahead: though 2011 has only just begun, Dre Biggity‘s already got five mixtapes slated to drop throughout the year – six if you count 2K11 Demo Disc, a prelude featuring choice cuts off each of the aforementioned projects. For those who simply can’t wait to get a taste of what he’s got lined up, we present a preview of the preview in the form of inaugural leak Made, making its world premiere right here in the Booth. This braggadocious banger finds Terrance Clifton handling production duties, mixing swirling synth arpeggios and brass fanfare with bumping percussion as the freestyle series alumnus gives us a full display of his mic skills. While the focus is on Dre’s hyperkinetic flows, the Cali repper doesn’t neglect to pepper his bars with witty turns of phrase, memorably announcing that “My wrist feels like it’s Norway.” Like what you’re hearing? Then prepare for a year of damn good music – starting with the arrival of Dre$tation 2K11 on the 24th.

I know what Dre wanted to do here, but I don't think he sold me. I think its the production work, or the mastering, that doesn't seal the deal. I know he is capable of more, so I am slightly disappointed with this record. For another artist this would be solid, but for Dre its just not good enough - and that is a complement.

I feel like this track fell just short of really dope. I can't put my finger on it, cuz most of it was solid. The production catches your attention from the start, and when the snares kick in they compliment Dre's flow. It's a pretty nice track.

Wow this production from Terrence Clifton is straight amazing. The beat and crazy good. I loved every second of it. Then Dre went in and kinda disappointed me in this... He was expecting more... o well.
