Are you uncomfortable spending any amount of time single? Do you find yourself constantly hopping from one affair to another, falling head-over heels at the slightest provocation? Well, you’re gonna have to face it: you’re a Love Junkie. On the positive side, you’re in very good company, as evidenced by the talented collaborators who’ve assembled to remix this track off Donwill‘s newly-released solo LP. Here, beatsmith Wallpaper (with the help of The Park) switches out the original’s synth-driven groove for something more upbeat, pairing driving percussion with some insanely catchy retro samples as the Tanya Morgan member (and freestyle series alum) explains just how hooked he is on the chemical high that comes with a new romance. The latest of approximately a gazillion Booth favorites to undergo a stage-name switch in recent memory, Harlem’s Cash CA$HE commiserates with the headliner in a fresh guest verse, as Wallpaper tops it all off with an infectious bubblegum hook (replacing Peter Hadar‘s work on the original). Don Cusack in High Fidelity is out now in stores and online. In addition, this remix is set for inclusion on Mick Boogie‘s forthcoming Changemakers mixtape, release date TBD.

I'd be lying if I said that I didn't get up out of my studio chair this morning and do a little dance....

This is mad addictive. In fact, I could hear this on the radio. In fact, it needs to get some spins. Good stuff, Donwill.

@b90g09 - You on a right path brother! Go check it out. It's a concept album done right and done with real emotion and passion.

The Original seems so dull after listening to this. It could have benefit from more handclaps, but that’s just nitpicking. Overall, a great Remix and a lot more groovy than Original.
