On Sunday evening, MTV aired the season finale of Making The Band 4 (Season 2). Through the nine episode season, the world watched the dramatic recording process (and the dramatic non-recording process) of Danity Kane and Day26, as well as solo singer Donnie Klang (known to many as just Donnie J.). Using the show as a promotional tool, Danity Kane released their album on March 18 and Day26 is set to release their album tomorrow, March 25. But what about Donnie, you ask? Well, the 23-year-old’s debut single, Take You There, has arrived and features boss Diddy (who contributes ad libs and 16 solid bars), as well as production from the Soul Diggaz. Klang’s Bad Boy debut, Come Into My World, does not currently have a release date.
I just heard this song literally an hour ago on Making the Band! I think this track could have definitely done without Diddy. I just thinks this sounds a little too much like Justin right now. I think he needs to find a better angle to differentiate him. I don't think this is the road for him. But it is a good effort. Like I said before Puffy didn't have to get on this one and I think he made the track worse! It's still a radio Joint though.
I don't think the public is ready for another JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. I think he needs to be a little more distinctive, like Jason Miller. P. Diddy always has to make an appearance on all of the tracks of his new recruits. It must be his signature move. The hook is twisted and has a nice flow to it.
uh...I liked "Say I Ain't Right" much more than this, why isn't that his single? Oh well, even if the rest of his album is average, he's still 5x better than day 26. damn they suck.
He sounds like a blend of J.T and Omarion (the hook reminds me of "Entourage") His vocals truthfully don't sound the strong. Song is okay. I'll pass until I hear something better from him.
Not Feeling it and diddy anit need to be on there either, he has some other bangers or should i say much stronger single material tho just not a good choice as a single here like the recorded version better then the live performance btu still not a good choice i think here
has good sound though it does remind me to much of justin timberlake and Diddy messes every song up he's in without him this would be a great song yet I give a 4 because of diddy

You’re right lebron23, Day26 suck! You see, unlike Donnie Klang, they use their own voices!!! Can you believe that?! They don’t even sound robotic like Donnie. Do Day26 really think people wanna hear human beings singing these days?! NO! We want the vocoder, so that everybody sounds the same… (I almost can’t bear my own sarcasm, so I’ll stop) If Donnie can sing, he doesn’t show it here, the vocals are programmed and the whole melody is monotone/uninspired. The exact opposite of what you’ll find in Day26. You can’t even compare them. If there’s anyone who could be doing what JT is doing better than himself that would be “M. POKORA”, a French singer who dropped “MP3” today, his third album (first English one). The album has 4 tracks produced by Timbo, and also features Ryan Leslie and J.R. Rotem. Give it a try.
hahaha male version of brittney, definitly believe that, picture britney on this track, it sound the exact same, wtf is diddy doing, all these artists hes signing are decent but they way too cookie cutter, he needs some new ill rappers. He promotes all his artist bad and they all sell bad, Danity Kane, this dope, yung joc, boyz n da hood, gorilla zoe. Hes got some talent on his label but he cant promote well and he loves joining his artists tracks and never adds anything lol
I aint gonn alie it had me moving my toes in my sneakers so its not too bad. Its not the best I ever heard but mos def not the worse. Personally I dont see why diddy gave him a solo deal when my BF (ijk) D'Angelo was soooooooo much better.

I followed the show he is talented.......cant rely compare to Day26.....but he better than a hand full of bulshit ass artists I wont even bother to mention.....also gotta agree...Diddy coulda stayed off this one

album! Their style however is pretty different from Day26’s, being more
club oriented. Day26 are more soulful. Both are great.

At first I thought I liked this...but then I changed my mind. don't know! The beat ain't bad but I agree, he is Britney's male version auhauh! I thought I would have put it in my iPod but God no, I'd better make room for better songs ;) By the way I can't rate it less than 2 stars, coz I've heard worse, it's catchy and I would probably dance with it! I watched Making the Band and i remember Diddy saying they didnt want Donnie to sound like Justin....Well he does with a lil Britney up in there to....and Ya'll already know Diddy is going to be up in the song/video..LOL
