I’m on One finds Young Money megastar Drake joining frequent Khaled collaborators Lil Wayne and Rick Ross over a hypnotic synth instrumental by T-Minus & Noah “40” Shebib. Feeling the beat, liking the hook, Drake did work on his verse, Ross verse was tight, and Lil Wayne did pretty good. Despite all that, I like it but I don't love it. Maybe I need a few more listens, but it just doesn't seem like anyone's best work so it doesn't feel like something I'm gonna be bumping for months. We'll see, maybe I'll fall in love with it and have it as my summer anthem.

yess...This song gave me chills. The muffled intro is stylish! The suspension waiting for that first bump to drop killed me but paid off with a solid KNOCK.. The production is what did it for me. (there wasn't anything I found impressive about the lyrics.)

Finally Khaled switches up the production, i swear all of his singles sound the same. Drake killed his verse/hook, while Ross & Weezy did wat was expected.

Drake is Doing his thing...the hook is fire
Ross & Lil Wayne do the usual overall its good not to hear Dj Khaled no sounding through the whole track and it has a different feel |

Very glad Khaled switched up the production for once. However, the production wasn't outstanding. Not bad, though. It sounds like Drake actually put some thought and effort to his contributions here. Ross was forgettable and Wayne's verse was too lazy. If not for Drake, the song would be trash.

Finally a Khaled track with a different sound. Everyone kills their flow exactly like it should be done. The only thing bad I can say about this song is it almost destroys the speakers in my car once it drops. Fire, no question.

More than banger. DJ Khaled changed up his ish for the better. 40's production was dirty and so was Drake's hook. Weezy doesn't fit it the song, but Drake and Ricky Rozay spit good, but not extraordinary verses. I wanna say more, but "F**k it, I'm on one....."

Definitely one of the best songs DJ Khaled has ever released. The beat is sick, Drake's hook and verse is on, Rick Ross had a good flow on his verse. Lil' Wayne's verse was surprisingly unimpressive. He didn't seem like he was really into it. Definitely gonna get played all through the summer!

This tracks production is crazy, you cant say its not. The build up to when the bass drops is ridiculous. DJ Khaled finally shut his mouth during the track and decided to no shout his name every second f*cking line.
If it wasnt for Drake, this track would be average. Drake clearly made this track for what it is. Ross was decent but Lil Wayne is another member said lazy. He must be saving his material for CIV. Anyways, I love this track. Be bumping this for a while. |

Nice track, Drake ruled this, the beat is great quite different structure to any other mainstream tracks I've heard recently with the lack of bass kick...Glad DJ Khaled had minimal prescence on this song! Will be bumping this for a while.
