DJBooth featured the DJ Felli Fel hit single, Get Buck In Here, early last summer. Thanks to the star-studded collaboration, Felli landed a three-single deal (that later turned into a full album deal) courtesy of Jermaine Dupri and Island Urban Music. So, what landed him that deal? The Finer Things, a Felli-produced slow jam with Ne-Yo on the hook and verses from Kanye and Fabolous. When Felli spoke with DJBooth in December he explained that after J.D. heard the song, it was a wrap. Originally, The Finer Things was also set to feature Snoop Dogg, but the rapper had to pull out because of his upcoming album. Andre 3000 got a call about it too, but when he declined, label boss Dupri kindly stepped in. Felli’s debut album, Go DJ!, is set to drop this summer.

Heard this a little while ago, and it's still as hot of a track. BUT, I don't think it's any close to being as big of a club banger as 'Get Buck In Here' was. Gotta love the Ne-Yo hook, and I wouldn't be too surprised if they did a remix of this (with even more top tier artists??).

I heard this track awhile back as well but I had no idea that it was organized by DJ Felli Fel. I really like the mood and tone of this record, it's not too wild but you can still really groove to it on the dance floor. Felli Fel has a great potential to become one of the dominant DJs in the industry, he stands out from the competition because of his dance vibe instead of the ordinary hood banger.

the original version of this song was released over a year ago. It was still compiled by Felli but was Cyssero feat. Kanye and was no where as good as this version. Kanye laid down the same verse still
