Unless you’re from the Pacific Northwest, you’ve probably never heard of Dividenz. You might also be surprised to hear that the duo, composed of rappers Notes (Bay area) and Cola (Seattle), is well into their second decade of putting out music. While it may have taken them a while to get here, Dividenz is finally ready to make a stir in the other three corners of the US. On June 1, they will drop their sophomore album, 10% Rap, 90% Hustle, a self-proclaimed “authentic reality driven” effort. (If that’s the case, then Dividenz has done enough pushin’ and grindin’ to make Tony Montana blush.) Check out That’s What I’m Talkin Bout, an up-tempo West Coast track produced by Skuntdunanna (try to say that ten times fast) to find out if they also know how to rap.
I think the production/beat on here really needs some work. It sounds like a second rate studio put this together. These dude's don't sound very believable to me. I think they sound fake and corny...This is WEAK!
Not thinking this is bad as everyone is saying. but the production is deffinantly need of some work. First dude's flow was good. second dude followed up well. The hook was corney as hell. so this is ok. 2.5
I think I've heard worse than this! It's not so bad, I like the background music and the beat. Anyway the song itself is boring, it never changes!I agree with BDF44 they should work better on this...it's ok to me
I am not sure why this is getting such low ratings... If Rocko and Shawty Lo get plastered with "1's" then this is nowhere in the same numerical stratosphere. The beat is nowhere near as bad as others have made it out to be, in fact, it sounds like someone has their own Dr. Dre starter kit haha.
I almost skipped this one after looking at the DJ rating and their profile pic. LOL. I should have. These guys are WACK! Their delivery sounds like rapping styles from the early 90's. The first guy sounds like N2Deep (Remember them-Back to the hotel)LOL!!!!!!! Hopefully they have real jobs cause this is ABSOLUTELY, POSITVELY, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
