Continuing Florida’s breakthrough into the hip-hop scene, Orange County’s Dirty Gee is ready to represent for all the “real gangstas” and tell us why on his new album, Gangsta As I Wanna Be.  And who better to scoop up for his first single than fellow Florida representative, Plies?  Together the two MCs cast away on a musical mission to expose the fakes and shut down their Million Dollar Talk.  While Dirty Gee’s voice will invoke thoughts of a less gruff Gorilla Zoe, Plies continues to improve as an MC with a swagger-filled 16 bars over producer AJ‘s high-snyth, rolling drum-machine beat.  Several of DJBooth’s recent underground charting hits have come from the Sunshine State; will Dirty Gee be next?

He almost sounds like Young Geezy. Florida hip hop game is blossoming nicely; however, I am not sure if Dirty Gee qualifies as a solid FL representee. I need more ... this track is alright.

I feel bad for the guy because the only thing he can afford to customize is a Charger. Sorry, I mean two Chargers. And his rap is not great (just a preference I guess) and the beat is so average and not catchy.

NOISY!!! Nothing more. You gotta rap, rappers! You know, say something. And the production is just average and easy.

Damn...this is just way too much like Jeezy. He just straight ROBBED his style. I can't believe Plies would even get on a track with this pretender. I can't give him credit for stealing someone else's style to the T!!!

Dirty Gee is trying to sound like Jeezy. I agree with Blaze. Wow, this guy sounds like he's straining himself to rap. Like he's trying to think of lyrics while he's spittin'.

It's always funny when I read comments regarding an artist sounding like someone else. Remember... he was born with those vocal cords, he didn't choose to sound like that LOL. Not bad... not good... but not bad at all. Plies is really starting to turn 'the corner.'
