At his new label home on Asylum, DG Yola is busy reworking his unreleased debut album, now entitled Return of the Truth.  Though the lead single She Like It, a recent favorite amongst Booth members, is still being promoted, a potential follow-up has already emerged.  On Business Bout Ya Self, Yola da Great reminds listeners to stop copying his style.  With strong local clout and worldwide appeal, the Atlanta native is sick of folks trying to jock his approach in hopes of duplicating his success.  Produced by Oomp Camp‘s DJ Montay, Business Bout Ya Self might not have the same hit potential as She Like It, but, then again, its all about the “street” singles these days.

The bass heavy beat is banging on here. DG Yola comes on here and his delivery is good. Hot street banger right here. 3 stars

I like the hook and the beat sounds familiar from bout 2-3 yrs ago so it's okay.

Like I said on the last track he dropped:

C'mon guy.

(This one actually isn't that bad though. He's better than UNK and I like the message about getting some bizness for yourself). I'll actually throw this in rotation! I'm actually liking it as I continue listening

I really liked "She Like It." I am not sure why Yola's camp decided to leak anything new, without first giving that a chance to truely shine without any distractions.

This is a solid joint - a good album track.

This song isn't very original, I've heard many songs of this type. They are always welcome to my mp3player! This one has a good beat and a good music but I think he ruined the overall track...I'm not really feeling how he raps, he's annoying. 2,5

LOL @ Seville. He kind of does, except his mouth aint wide like Cham's.
I've been rooting for Yola though. I don't care what no one says, "Aint Gon Let Up" is still hot. Plus, the fact that he was on my boy T.I.'s label...
The beat goes kinda hard. And he does kind of have a good message in this song. Overall, it's alright. I wouldn't hate hearing it again.
