After signing a recording contract with Jive Records in ’06, the quartet formerly known as Deepside released their debut single, Let’s Make Love (DJBooth recently featured a newly produced version of this song). Unfortunately, in the two years since that single was sent to radio, no album or follow-up single has arrived… until now. After being given the green light for their project to make a move in ‘08, members Pretti Sly, Rude Boi, Penny and Ezay decided they also needed a new name; the group decided on the cliché, Git Fresh. Kicking off the project is the soapy snap track, Bubble Bath, which will remind listeners of T-Pain’s Buy U A Drank (without the Yung Joc). Let’s review: Git Fresh drops Bubble Bath; looks like they want a clean start!
Hey, I remember these guys actually. This definitely sounds like a T-Pain production...I wonder what gave it away... Well, it does have a very smooth sound to it and I can definitely see myself bumpin this in the wip. I wouldn't mind hearing this a few times a day on the radio. The beat has a very crisp sound to it and it is definitely ready for the club too!
Auto-tune effect plus snap is garbage to me. What’s the merit of the artist using that machine? Anyone can sing with that. Aren’t we supposed to appreciate the natural skills?! If they do have, they don’t show any in this one. “Let’s make love” was hot, but this won’t get them far.
Not really feeling this track. That damn voice machine is really annoying. Stop thinking just because you use that machine it will make the song better. If you just HAVE to use that machine, I think you should think twice about if you can sing or not...
i love the vocalizer. @*#$!, i could care less if the whole damn industry uses it. buy you a drink was good but i hate young joc so this is a good replacement for me. you can't say computer love wasn't and still isn't the @*#$!...

decent track, would have preffered no voicebox though. They have made much better, look at their song "lovely", if they can get back to that standard then they might finally get there. I dont like the new name, they should def stick with Deepside!!
