Though it’s been nearly a year since I Hope They Hear Me (Vol. 2) was released in the Booth, the project’s impact is still being felt. Today, anthemic standout cut I’m on It returns in officially remixed form, with fellow Louisiana representatives Fiend and Lil Chuckee contributing guest rhymes over Shamarr Allen‘s Southern-fried synth/guitar production. Those who still haven’t copped the project can click here to stream/download I Hope They Hear Me (Vol. 2), featuring the original version of this joint and much more.

I like Dee-1's flow...kinda reminds me of Stat Quo a little bit, but in a good way. I like the laid back beat by Shamarr and the features of Chuckee and Fiend was good too. Good track.
