In a typical Hollywood blockbuster, a man who has just been dumped will quickly dive back into the dating scene. In real life, however, this process isn’t so painless; regardless of what most men say, they too have strong feelings for an ex or two (or three). For proof, just ask Day26, who’ve been feeling a lot worse Since You’ve Been Gone. Backing up Willie, Brian, and Robert’s strong tenor vocals are veteran producers Bryan-Michael Cox and Adonis, who once again bring out a string-synth accompaniment, reminiscent of oh-so-many past R&B chart-toppers. Mix it all up with some heavy promotion, and voila! Since You’ve Been Gone has all the makings of the next R&B summer anthem.

Best song i've heard from Day26 without a doubt, i guess someone's been workin with them in the studio a bit cause there vocals sound improved a little bit, Lucky to have those producers to, Bad Boy knows how to pick em.

yes this is one of the better songs on the album. the entire album well exceeded my expectation for a making the band album( thanks to alot of great production by brian micheal cox on album) ......this is a great song, i really likes robert voice it very raspy and unique (if they break up i think he would have a good solo career)

Not bad at all!!! I agree with everyone who said it has a jodeci feel to it which is never a negative thing if you ask me. Except from Kel's and MJB, I really can't stand new school R&B. Most of it is garbage with no singing talent and a bunch of screaming. People talk about hip hop being dead but I think R&B is on the ropes more than anything. I don't think any of the R&B songs made within the last 5 or 6 years will be played over and over again like music from the Isley Brothers, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Earth Wind and Fire,(fast forward in time)Jodeci, Guy, or Luther Vandross(R.I.P.). Anyway back to this song....Not bad but it sounds like any other R&B love song I've heard lately. At least these dudes can actually sing so hopefully the age of real singing and songwriting is coming back.

First off, the DAY 26 Album is Good! I like their voices and they mesh well on tracks. This is a nice smooth track right here; and they sound good on it. This just isn't my cup of tea though; but it can go into radio rotation...just not my rotation. They have tracks better than this one on the album too!

I agree wit DJ Blaze on this one. I really didn't see what was so tight about this song. Everybody said it would be a sick 2nd single and it was like the best song on the album. There are way better songs like "If It Wasn't for You" and "Don't Fight The Feeling." This one is in rotation, but to me its one of the worst on the album.
