Dallas Blocker knows that the word “love” is not something that should be thrown around loosely, both musically and in everyday life. DJBoothers last heard from the Texas crooner on his two-step inducing Whatchu Do To Me, and now on Nothing Matters, he expresses his undying “L-word” for someone special. Over the sounds of a lush piano and smooth baseline provided by Norway’s production team, DeepFrost (see Trey Songz’ Gotta Go), Blocker defines the meaning of true love from his own personal experiences. Although Blocker’s presently self-titled LP still has no release date, it will be distributed through Latium/Universal Republic.
Timbo/Danja bite, but a BIG one! I checked DeepFrost's myspace and under their influences they list "Timbaland" and Timbo's myspace is the 2nd person on their friend list, how ironic is that...
DeepFrost's production sounds eerily similar to Timbaland... so much so, most other sites mentioned incorrectly that Timbo did this beat. Big shout out to my man, Dallas, for hittin us with this new song. His album is going to be FLAME people!!
Wow! I love Timbo's sound, I'm happy they got influenced by him while producing this song! To me this is a banger, I'm sure I'll be listening to this a thousand times a day ;)
