On May 30, the film adaptation of HBO’s hit series Sex and the City will finally hit the big screen. Knowing the film’s demo is a mainly female audience; the people at New Line assembled a soundtrack (out now) that is filled with female industry favorites like Fergie, Jennifer Hudson, and India.Arie. Not to be overlooked, Ciara has put together her own promo single for the film, emphasizing the big-spender theme of the series; with her outfit and accessories all together, CiCi describes the sounds, “Click, Flash,” as the cameras snap her photo. Escorting the Princess of R&B is the multi-talented Rico Love, who provides songwriting, background vocals, and co-production (along with Salaam Remi). Though Click, Flash did not make the official soundtrack, an upcoming Volume 2 was announced on the disc’s packaging insert.
This has a really creative Euro Type feel to it and I feel the production is Excellent. I like how Ciara has changed to a different style to show her versatility on this track. F-all the haters, This is actually another BANGER! This has a really catchy feel to it and it will probably be on back-to-back spins at most radio stations in the near future...
Very very smart move by her. The new style she's stepped into really works for her. She's still keeping to her strengths where beat heavy tracks work really well for her voice. Although her style approach isn't exactly original, as other big rnb artists are heading in this direction (as is all rnb essentially??). What makes this a really smart move is getting on this soundtrack, she's reaching a demo that might not have been at her disposal earlier on. ie. late 20s to early 40s 'hipster' females. Whether you like it or not, current rnb is becoming the new pop (popular) music!
Its nothing amazing but does its thing for a Soundtrack jam. It has nothing on some of her past work but i've never really been a big fan of Ciara...When i hear Ciara I expect to hear the princess of Crunk, this right here was pretty damn close to being the princess of junk...either way its not even getting put in rotation.
I definitely understand why this is on the Sex and the City soundtrack, it isn't bad. Uptempo track that is dance worthy, which is Ciara's style and forte. Does sound similar to Fergie's "Glamorous" like others before me commented on, solid track.
Yes MuzzieBoi she is back in. This should be in rotation on regular at the radio stations. This will definitely be a good workout song @ the gym. I will request this. LOL! Glad to see her back on the scene with a listening worthy song. CI CI is BACK!!!
this didn't make the official soundtrack? what were they thinking!? I was actually surprised by the feel and sound to this track from Ciara, definately loving the beat and hook!

BDF44 you are right, it's similar to Glamorous by Fergie! It's cool this is part of the Sex & The City Movie Soundtrack, I'm really looking forward to seeing that movie! I like this song, it has an euro type feel (yeah Dj Blaze) and I'm european so I can fully appreciate it!!
I think it's a pretty nice song. It's okay for Ciara, but it doesn't hold a candle to "Promise" and I was kinda hoping she'd come back with something just as good as "Promise." It's in rotation - it will definitely have to grow on me.
If this has a low rating... its probably because its that type of song u have to listen to more than once.... but this is an overall, decent song... maybe 3.5!
Click,Flash* Ciara killed this song. She showed off some really nice vocals. Some may or may not agree to my opinion and the others above me that this does have a bit of a Fergie glamorous edge to it, but not something thats really that noticeable. All and all I like the song. Ciara is dominating 08'Click.Flash*
this is my jam but i do lyk anything ciara make so im bein kynda bias ryte now but i do think this is a gud song a party, dancin in yo room,in yo car,bumpin at yo grannys house just anywhere this song will gett yu off yo ass
