It’s been almost four months since we’ve heard new music from Star Trak affiliates and The Decadence creators Christian Rich - who for the record are comprised of twin brothers Kehinde “Rich” Hassan and Taiwo “Christian” Hassan and are not “that Christian Rich dude” – so fans eager to get some lush boardwork back into their lives should be more than a little excited to hear the duo’s brand new single Say My Name. True to form, on My Name Rich craft an electro based beat that somehow manages to be simultaneously stimulating and mellowed out, a sonic background that vocalist Colin Munroe (fresh off his Booth approved Prince cover I Would Die 4 U) is more than comfortable operating in. The result? Yet another entrancing record guaranteed to please the ladies, and the guys intent on pleasing them. Those that missed out the first time around should cop The Decadence right now, as well as keep an eye out for their upcoming album The Arcade, which will “most likely” include Say My Name. Keep it locked for more details

This track is so paper thin on every level. Lyrics, production, and especially vocals are kept at the very minimum. I'll pass on this.

Very boring; didn't even reach the minute mark before I closed the window. What sounds like auto-tune is just a complete mess and dissonant with the production.

Tough crowd thus far... haha. Honestly, this is more electro-pop than anything - a record meant to be enjoyed in the right setting, which probably isn't in front of your computer - and if that isn't your style, the low ratings make sense.

Monroe's hook is on point, thought, and the CR brothers do what they do best (download their last Booth-hosted release).

Kind of hard to judge on this one because i don't personally dig this electro style, but I know more than a couple people who do, and when I played this track for them they loved it. i could definitely see my wifey playing this as she got ready to go out for the night.

Did that make any sense? Whatever, it's a perfectly fine track for my money.

Judging by the low ratings I was definitely not expecting much, but damn I love what I'm hearing. Auto tune is without a doubt my biggest guilty pleasure. These guys do the style justice though. The addition of Colin Munroe was a great look. Gonna have this one on repeat for awhile.

It's odd because I wasn't exactly feeling any of their past material. This is on a different level though. Great job Christian Rich!
