To say that Chris Brown has been a controversial figure over the past few years would be like saying water’s wet, but the consummate hitmaker has only one simple request: Don’t Judge Me. For the latest single selection from Brown’s recently released Fortune album Breezy shifts into ballad mode thanks to a beat from The Messengers that stays soft and steady, even making a foray into acoustic guitar territory. It’s a great blank template for Brown to deliver some impassioned, personal lyrics promising a potential girl that while things may be ugly now, there’s nothing but beauty on the way (provided no one gets too judgmental). So, this song is about Chris Brown asking his girlfriend to forgive him for cheating on her? That alone makes this song worth only 2 stars. The fact that it's by Chris Brown takes it down another star. Then, the fact that this song is no different in musical style than any other RnB song these days brings it down to 0 stars. However, I can't rate it that. So, 1 star it is.

First off this song isn't about cheating, it's about being in a relationship after having some one night stands. The only difference being that since chris brown is famous his one night stands are all over the internet for a new potential girlfriend to see and make judgements from. This song is actually very heartfelt, and it's a nice change of pace from CB's more shallow other slow ballads.

Smooth vocals simply sweet. I like it I think this latest Fortune song is looking for forgiveness and I think it asks beautifully fine manner.
