On his current single Fallin’, singer Charles Reed plays the role of a playa that planned a one-night stand, but fell in love instead. On a brand new remix, the beat (courtesy of The Super Stars) and the lyrics both stay in place, but a guest rapper who can easily relate has hopped on board. Apparently going through a similar experience, DJ Khaled protégé Ace Hood spits an abundance of similes about the ways his lady have changed his life. Both versions of Fallin’ express the same simple truth: playas have feelings, too. After all, there was a time when a certain newlywed rapper once said ”Me give my heart to a woman? Not for nothing, never happen...”
I like both edits...I was crazy for the original song and I like this "remix", too! I just think it hasn't changed much...they added Ace Hood but if the song was bad, it would be bad also with Ace! The music was good and it's still good, so my rating doesn't change
Charles needs to get scoooped up by a major. Hopefully his BOOTH exposure can help him. Ace's verse is solid, he has really grown on me in the last three months.
right now im total-e luv-n Ace Hood....he bringz it every time. for da song i think Ace brought sum-thin 2 it but i cant rate over a 3 and i rated the original a 3...so i think itz a 3.3.
if he makes the video for this track, it will probably bw this version. i can see myself listening to this for a while, atleast until i get tired of it. it'll probably get some radio play
This remix is better then the original not that there was anything wrong with it. Reed has a good voice. I like the beat. Ace Hood was about as good as Ace Hood can get. Thats ok I guess. Hot song
yeah i agree with z ace grew on me big time with that verse well done by him...i don't think cash flow type tracks are where he fits best, this was a better side of him. nice r&b
