As a result of Pimp C‘s passing this past December, Chamillionaire put his Mixtape Messiah 4 (originally set for release December 18 of ‘07) on hold indefinitely. Due to popular fan demand in recent months, the Houston native has put MM4 back on schedule, currently set for release on August 27. Following previously-released freestyles over Weezy‘s A Milli, Jeezy‘s Put On, and Nas‘s Hero, the Mixtape Messiah follows the same formula for his newest set of bars, this time over DJ Montay‘s beat for Shawty Lo‘s Foolish. Since it goes without saying that Cham handles the beat much better than Lo’s, listeners will enjoy this lyrical show. Chamillionaire is a beast on the beat once again...although i never really liked th song in the first place Chamillionaire makes it enjoyable cuz his lyrical game is way above Shawty Lo...Cham is one of the best rappers out there in my opinion..
Man, Chamilionaire is sooo underrated. his stuff doesnt sell nearly as much as it should. his flow is one of the best out there today, but he just doesnt get credit for it.
Major upgrade from SHawty Lo! He is spittin off the hook. The boy is nice. His last album was a dud, I'll admit alil corney, but still I can not deny the boy is talented.
I have been extremely impressed with ALL 4 of the freestyles that chamillionaire has done in recent weeks. He murders this beat with a great flow that Shorty Lo can't come near! Im looking forward to MM4
Cham came correct, hittin hard with this freestyle. I really think that Ultimate Victory should have sold more, but that's just the way it is these days, everybody bumpin dance tunes rather than some good hip hop. MM4 is definitely looking good and I really respect Cham, he's always been underated as far as lyrics.
He is still ONE of the best rappers alive. He is amazing on any freestyle he spits. He is so creative and no swearing which believe me is hard. Shame on anyone who gave him a 1.
