After getting so much from his fans in 2006, Houston’s Chamillionaire decided to give back before the start of 2007. Available online, for free download, is his brand new street album, Mixtape Messiah 2. Highlighting the 21-track mix tape is the Akon produced Ridin Overseas. The phenomenon of fleeing from the cops has sparked a national expression, and so has the man himself.
