There are many rappers in today’s game, both up-and-coming and established, who hold mixed feelings on the topic of fame. Booth newcomer Celeb Forever is not one of them – the Cleveland/New York dual representative craves the spotlight and, as he explains on the first of four Booth-exclusive world premieres off his forthcoming mixtape, he’s not gonna stop clamoring for attention till he becomes “that n**ga that you Hate 2 See.” Backed by the regal choral-synth boardwork of Sarom and Mev The Producer, the artist delivers bars laced with concise, clever stunting: `”My wrist small drink – that’s all ice.” In addition to his flowed verses, the artist handles chorus duties, picking up the Auto-tune to deliver sung vocals strongly reminiscent of a certain rap megastar who name starts with “D” and ends with “rake.” Drizzy impression or no, though, this braggadocio-soaked banger is one that should win Celeb more love than hate in the Booth. If you’re digging it, keep it locked for three more premieres leading up to the Sept. 9, arrival of the Booth-sponsored Black Hearts & Gold Bottles.

It's funny that Richard (above) mentioned the Drake comparison, since I fully expect plenty of our readers to draw those two artists together. Aside from very slight vocal similarities, Celeb is nothing like Drake. Which is both good and bad. Good if he wants to follow in the footsteps of the industry's newest a-list star, but bad if he is looking to be an a-list star himself.
"Hate 2 See" is a nice introduction to our Booth community. I have a feeling a few more leaks into this tape and our readers might findthemselvs a new favorite.

This is a dead-on Drake impression. The flow, the hook, the voice. I almost feel bad for dude. It's gonna be hard to leave drake's shadow when you sound just like him naturally. If this was drake's song this would get be four stars guaranteed. But because it's celeb forever it'll be 3. I'll give it 4 stars. But yeah man, this is Drake. Point blank.

This track is so Dope. Beat is epic in its sound. Haven't heard an artistof this quality out of Cleveland like this in a while. I can hear slight similarities to Drake however this artist has a delivery and a sound of his own. You deserve a round of applause Bravo. Yeah this track will be in regular rotation. Cant wait to hear some more from this young artist.
