Mr. Carter encouraged his label mates (or artists if you view Hova as an executive first) Kanye West and Ne-Yo to jump on board the remix to Cassidy’s current single, Drink N My 2 Step. Both artists add completely new verses and even Cassidy re-recorded his verse for the second go around. Production work from Swizz Beatz remains the same, with the exception of a few more encouraging “grab some Patron” lines. While West and 50 Cent battled to see who would land on top, Cassidy isn’t expected to put up much of a fight versus Hip-Hop’s living legend. So what do you do when you are already defeated? Grab a drink and two-step.

Cassidy wrote this song because he needed an ANTHEM after everything he's been through. Extremely strong production from Swizz and a well organized remix. Way better than the original... now they just need to shoot a video.
