Philadelphia rapper Cassidy and the world-famous DJ Green Lantern share a common bond: they both celebrate their birthdays on July 7. Using this twist of fate to their advantage, the two industry heavyweights concocted a mixtape, appropriately entitled It’s Your B Day, which follows last year’s initial collaborative project, 7.7.7. Bragging about his punch lines and similes, and then backing up his tough talk with each and every line, Cassidy’s displays his lyrical expertise on Amnesia: “Even if it’s broad daylight I’ll still clap one / an Idaho potato make it sound like a cap gun.” Despite the disappointing sales of his last album, B.A.R.S., the East Coast hustler still has plenty to say and won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
This beat is decent. Cassidy came really nice as always. It's not as hot as some of the things I've heard Cassidy on, especially his previous spiritual single. But this is heat. No doubt. Rather listen to this than these other carbon copy tracks out here.
For a throw-away mixtape joint, Cass snapped. If you listened only once, I recommend listening a second time. You'll catch a new line each time. Happy Belated, fam!
It's not bad but not my type. If I found it on the radio I would probably turn station! it's quite boring...the beat ain't bad and he flows good, but I think he did better
he str8 wild on this joint... THIS is Cassidy... perfect fit: the beat is not too hard to overpower him, it's just right... and he didnt let the rap game down... cassidy is the illest, baby... what a problem!

This guy is the rap version Mario. They are both good but not as popular as they should be. His B.A.R.S was a classic monster but sales were dissappointing....and I'm feeling this right there!! !
